The treatment and managing of the chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), generates a big lack of the public health budget, being not always the results obtained with conventional medical treatments, satisfactory for the patients treated. They use to be women mostly of middle age that show pain, swelling and heaviness of the lower extremities, overall when the working day has finished and they come back home. Bipedalism as well as being everyday sit down for a long time, influence negatively over the venous return and finally over the beginning of the CVI. The best degree of improvement was achieved at the end of the third month since the treatment started, when eight sessions of Mesotherapy were made with Pentoxifylline® as it is described. The first three sessions were made one per week and the following five one per two weeks each one.
